All prices are displayed in US dollars unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

4.3 Subscriptions

Some of our Services are offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges at the then-current rate. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Refunds for partial billing periods are generally not provided unless required by law.

Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided.

5. Sticker Advertising

Our platform offers "sticker" advertising slots that allow users to display promotional content. By purchasing a sticker slot, you agree to the following:

• Your content must not be illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Your content must not infringe on any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Your content must not contain malware, spam, or misleading information
• We reserve the right to remove or modify any sticker content that violates these Terms without refund
• Sticker subscriptions are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time

6. User Content

You may have the opportunity to submit, post, or display content on our Services ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but by submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with our Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit it. We do not endorse any User Content and are not responsible for its accuracy or legality.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services
• Use automated means to access or collect data from the Services
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

8. Intellectual Property

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAM CURRY LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sam Curry LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using account management features. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nebraska, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Nebraska, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sam Curry LLC regarding the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
